As principle-in-charge of design and production, Frank is responsible for the oversight and coordination of all drawing documents related to the execution and construction of all HQW designed buildings. Critical to our firm's success is Frank's ability to balance the pragmatic concerns of building program with the more elusive characteristics of appropriate design. Central to Frank's design process is the integration of client needs, environmental impacts and contextual relationships.

Along with his role as designer, Frank is a mentor to many of the firm's younger architects. His commitment and dedication to the development of young talent has been very influential in the local architectural community.

Frank has been an active community leader and is a strong advocate for the preservation of historical railroads. His documentation and analysis of historic railroad structures and equipment is helping to preserve the rich heritage of the Northeastern railroad systems.

Licensed Architect in New Jersey (C-4700) and Pennsylvania (B-5517)
Licensed Planner in New Jersey (1265)
