Principal,
R.A., P.P.
As
principle-in-charge of design and production, Frank is responsible
for the oversight and coordination of all drawing documents
related to the execution and construction of all HQW designed
buildings. Critical to our firm's success is Frank's ability
to balance the pragmatic concerns of building program with
the more elusive characteristics of appropriate design. Central
to Frank's design process is the integration of client needs,
environmental impacts and contextual relationships.
Along
with his role as designer, Frank is a mentor to many of the
firm's younger architects. His commitment and dedication to
the development of young talent has been very influential
in the local architectural community.
Frank
has been an active community leader and is a strong advocate
for the preservation of historical railroads. His documentation
and analysis of historic railroad structures and equipment
is helping to preserve the rich heritage of the Northeastern
railroad systems.
