POSITION: Marketing Coordinator – Part-Time
SALARY: Commensurate with experience

Responsibilities for the position will include production and coordination of proposals, information packages and printed materials. Assisting in the writing and producing of external communications and presentations; assisting the marketing director in researching clients, market trends and background information for project opportunities, as well as maintaining project and client profiles. The marketing coordinator will interact daily with the marketing director.
Requirements include a marketing or communications degree or significant coursework toward degree completion. Prior experience is preferred, but not necessary. We require strong organizational skills, writing and communication skills, multi-tasking and the ability to meet deadlines. It is critical that our new marketing coordinator is a quick learner and is aware of the importance of details. Word and Excel experience is required. Experience with Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Illustrator is a plus. Interest in architecture, design, or the arts is preferred.

POSITION: Architect & Interns - Full-Time

Experience with public buildings, health care facilities, academic projects, institutional design, and multi-family / senior housing projects is desirable.
